At New build improvements our jobs are generally built around a single days work and can usually be completed as such. This means we are super flexible and are not usually booking more than a few or so weeks ahead. Bear in mind Upvc doors and Symphony kitchen units can take approx 10 days to be delivered once ordered.

We operate in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and North Buckinghamshire and usually are available to come out in a day or so.

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, and estimated time frame for completion. We provide a detailed estimate for each project before starting any work.

A 5m loft boarding package is typically installed in 1 day and includes; aluminium pull down ladder, 18mm board flooring, LOFTLEG polypropylene stilts, operating ladder pole, 20 Lumen Ultra LED light. Suitable for 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes is more than enough storage for a small family.

UPVC doors normally take 1-1.5 days to install. This includes; Installation of discreet L-section steel lintel, Creation of opening, Removal and disposal of brickwork, installation of door. The doors supplied are made to measure to fit your brickwork so it looks like it has always been there. It takes approx 10 days to have the door made and delivered from the date of order. 

Length of time kitchen upgrades take is dependant on the scope of the works. Common jobs such as additional units or adding pelmets and cornice can be done in a day, whereas removal of integrated fridge freezers in favour of American fridge freezers or bespoke bars can take longer. It takes approx 7-10 days for delivery of Symphony units, other manufacturers may vary.

It takes approx 2-3 days to tile grout and silcone kitchen splash backs. Most tilers don't come back to silicone but we do. We also upgrade your kitchen socket screws as you will likely need longer ones to allow for the additional tile and adhesive depth.
